Policies & Procedures

ALL CHILDREN HAVE THE RIGHT TO FEEL SAFE AND VALUED WHILST IN OUR CARE AND PARENTS HAVE THE RIGHT TO EXPECT THAT THEY WILL BE SAFELY CARED FOR. TO GUARANTEE THESE RIGHTS, WE PROMOTE A CULTURE OF SAFETY WHERE SAFEGUARDING AND PROMOTING CHILDREN’S WELFARE IS EMBEDDED INTO EVERYTHING WE DO.

We operate in an open and transparent way, treating all students respectfully and fairly irrespective of their age, culture, disability, gender, language, racial origin, religious belief and sexual orientation.

Our host families and staff are trained to ensure that everyone who cares for a GBG student is aware of their moral and legal responsibility to be vigilant and report anything that causes concern.
